All American Contracting operates a text-messaging program for operational and business communications.

Depending on the recipient’s relationship with All American Contracting, messages may include:

  • Employee or contractor dispatch assignments.
  • Project names and jobsite addresses.
  • Foreman or supervisor information.
  • Reporting and start times.
  • Schedule changes or cancellations.
  • Weather-related work notices.
  • Daily-log reminders.
  • Jobsite photo and documentation reminders.
  • Project updates.
  • Estimate and appointment information.
  • Customer-service communications.

The SMS program is not intended to send unrelated third-party advertisements.

5. Consent to Receive Text Messages

You will receive automated or application-generated text messages from All American Contracting only after providing the applicable consent.

Employees and contracted crew members may opt in through an onboarding form, employee consent form, electronic consent form, or another documented consent process provided by All American Contracting.

Customers and prospective customers may opt in through a website form or other consent process that clearly explains the types of messages they are agreeing to receive.

Where a checkbox is used, the SMS consent checkbox will not be preselected. Checking the box and submitting the form constitutes your affirmative request to receive the described text messages.

By opting in, you confirm that:

  • You are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided.
  • You are authorized to consent to text messages at that number.
  • You agree to receive text messages from All American Contracting for the purposes disclosed when you opt in.
  • You understand that message frequency varies.

Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with All American Contracting, active projects, work assignments, scheduling activity, documentation requirements, and other operational needs.

Employees and contracted crew members may receive multiple operational messages during active work periods. Customers may receive messages associated with estimates, appointments, project activity, scheduling, or customer-service requests.

7. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent by All American Contracting and to messages you send to us.

All American Contracting does not charge a separate fee to participate in its SMS program. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply according to your mobile service plan.

8. How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving text messages at any time by replying:

We may also recognize similar opt-out requests, including:

  • CANCEL
  • END
  • QUIT
  • UNSUBSCRIBE
  • REVOKE
  • OPTOUT
  • STOPALL

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, no additional SMS messages will be sent through that messaging program unless you later provide renewed consent.

Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent All American Contracting from communicating with you through telephone calls, email, in-person communication, or other lawful methods when necessary.

For employees and contractors, opting out of SMS may require work assignments and operational information to be communicated through another available method.

9. Resubscribing

After opting out, you may be able to resubscribe by replying:

Resubscription is effective only after we receive a valid renewed opt-in request.

11. Supported Carriers and Delivery

SMS delivery is subject to the availability and operation of participating wireless carriers, messaging providers, internet services, mobile devices, and other systems outside All American Contracting’s control.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

All American Contracting does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received at a particular time. Message delivery may be affected by network availability, carrier filtering, device settings, telephone-number changes, outages, or other technical conditions.

Recipients remain responsible for confirming critical dispatch, schedule, safety, or project information through the office or their supervisor when necessary.

12. Telephone Number Changes

You agree to notify All American Contracting if:

  • You stop using the mobile telephone number provided to us.
  • Your number is reassigned to another person.
  • You are no longer authorized to receive messages at that number.
  • Your relationship with All American Contracting changes in a manner that affects the messaging program.

Text-message opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging program.

14. Consent Records

All American Contracting may retain records relating to SMS consent, including:

  • The date and time consent was obtained.
  • The method through which consent was obtained.

16. Emergency and Safety Communications

The All American Contracting SMS program is not an emergency service.

Do not rely exclusively on text messages for emergencies, immediate safety issues, injuries, accidents, hazardous conditions, or other urgent matters.

For emergencies, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service. Employees and contractors should also follow applicable workplace safety and incident-reporting procedures.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its contents—including text, graphics, logos, forms, photographs, designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to All American Contracting.

You may view and use website content for personal or legitimate business purposes related to All American Contracting. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, modify, or commercially exploit the content without written authorization.

18. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website or text messages may contain links to third-party websites or services, including mapping services, document-upload forms, project-management tools, payment services, or other resources.

All American Contracting does not warrant that:

A separately signed agreement controls if it directly conflicts with these Terms and Conditions concerning a specific project, employment relationship, or contractor engagement.
